He was predeceased by: his parents, Dolores and Michael J. He is survived by: his wife Debra Dee Ciulla; his children, Jeanine Cartwright (Jason), Michael J. Ciulla, III, James (Samantha), John (Sara), Christina Basich and Michele Strange (Dwayne); and his brother Gary. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.
