She was predeceased by: her husband Ron; her grandson Christopher Vendel; her parents, Frederick Collins and Gertrude Collins; and her siblings, Kenneth, Frederick Collins, Kathleen Enright (Bill) and Evelyn Diaz (John).
She is survived by: her children, Tina Smith, Debora Orchard (Shawn) and James Smith (Ruth); and her granddaughters, Michelle Vendel and Megan Smith (Caleb).
