He was predeceased by: his daughter Julie Smith; his parents, Henry and Thelma; and his sisters, Christine Hampton and Margaret Lounsbury.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Linda DelConte, Carrie Branch, Vincent (Christine), Lisa Latus, Daniel (Alana) and Deborah Gledhill (Jeff); and his son-in-law Eldred Smith. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
