He is survived by: his children, Phillip Hurwitz (Pam), Jeffrey Hurwitz (Terry), Alana Harndon (Bobby) and Brian Hurwitz (Eileen); his grandchildren, Austin Hurwitz, Jennifer Hurwitz-Zlotnick, Zachary Hurwitz, Jordan Harndon, Christopher Hurwitz and Annie Hurwitz; and his great grandchild Mason Hurwitz.
