She was predeceased by: her husband Richard G.; and her children, Richard J. and Susan Smith. She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Dombrowski (Jan), Christopher (Susan) and Martha Simmons (Stephen); her son-in-law Dr. Roger Smith, Jr.; and her grandchildren, Christina, Aleks, Lydia Dombrowski, Roger III, Julia Smith and Ryan Simmons. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
