He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Udavchak and Susan Udavchak (Bench); his sister Laverne Onufer (Andrew); and his sister-in-law Mary Udavchak. He is survived by: his wife Doris K. Udavchak (Bohinc); his brother Raymond Udavchak of Port Jefferson; his children, Kathleen Udavchak (Michael Carney) of Pittsford and Michael Udavchak (Karen) of Mechanicsburg; his granddaughters, Amanda Humma (Jonathan), Christine Udavchak and Kathleen "Katie" Carney; his niece Linda Marsteller; and his nephew Andrew Onufer (Jess).
