With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles J. Chodak of Pittsford, New York, who passed away on January 16, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his former wife Christine; his sister Margie Streb; and his parents, Gertrude and John. He is survived by: his wife Judi Chodak (Kolupski); his son James; his daughter-in-law Ann Chodak; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Revans (Howie), Laura, Alison, Ayana, Nicholas and Charlie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and cousins.
