She was predeceased by: her husband Norman Check. She is survived by: her children, Kristine Shelton (Robert), Patrice Schoepf, Daniel (Carrie) and Jayme Check (Richard Lam); and her sister Sophie Barry (Ken). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren.
