He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Nutt and Alice Nutt; and his parents-in-law, Peter and Nancy Kachurak. He is survived by: his wife Susan Kachurak; his sister Beverly Hoffman of New Wilmington, Pennsylvania; his siblings-in-law, Lynn Kachurak and David (Susie Krane Kachurak); and his nieces and nephews, Allie and Peter Kachurak. He is also survived by many close friends and extended family.
