She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Chase (Jeff) of Canisteo and Cindy Poyer of Philadelphia; her grandchildren, Michael Chase (Christine Rawady), Joseph Chase (Erica), Ellen and Thomas Ford; and her great grandchild Quinn Carlyle Chase.
