He is survived by: his wife Bethany; his son John Wayne; his granddaughters, Briot Wylde and Brhea Sorpresa Johnston of Hammond, NY; his siblings, Anne of Jacksonville, FL and Charles of Winston, NC; and his nieces, Michelle Osborne (John) of Jacksonville and Nickie Trudell of Jacksonville.
