He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Horace and Coralie May Hitchman Church; his wife Eva M. Crane of Newark, NY; and his sisters, Phyllis Lilly, Freida Monahan and Ellen Eckhoff.
He is survived by: his children, Brian Church (Lisa) of Millbrook, NY, James Church (Joan "Tootie") of Holly Springs, NC and Judi Church of Rumford, RI; his grandchildren, Andrew Church, Victoria McCullouch (Matthew), Eric Church, Thomas Church (Melissa) and James Church (Jessie); his great grandchildren, Cora McCullouch, Charley Church, Cooper Church and Codi Church; and his brother Elmer Church of Watertown, NY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
