It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Andrew R. Kilcer (Philadelphia, New York), who passed away on May 5, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his child Adolescent Health Associates; his wife Joan Hoover Kilcer; and his children, Bernadette Kilcer, Andrew T. Kilcer (Cindy), James Kilcer (Samantha), John Kilcer, Katherine Kilcer Claymore, Peter Kilcer and Elizabeth Kilcer. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to St. Mary's Food Pantry in Evans Mills, NY, or to your own local food pantry.
