Smith (Phelps, New York), born in Clifton Springs, New York, who passed away on March 24, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest "Pick" Smith and Madelene Hanggi Smith; and his brother-in-law Douglas Richter. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his daughters, Pamela Severson (John) and Brenda Brickle (Tom); his grandchildren, Larissa Martin (Steven), Brendan Severson (Mareasa), Dean Brickle and Karalee Brickle (Jameson Case); his great grandchildren, Aurora Madelene, Paisleigh and Hudson; his stepgreat-grandsons, Matthew, Hunter and Bryce Martin; his nephew Hessney; and his siblings, John Smith (Donna) and Jean Richter.
It is requested that memorial donations in memory of Bill be made to Serenity House, 1278 Brace Road Victor, NY 14564.
