He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bounds and Marjorie VanBuren Bounds; his son Paul; and his siblings, Irene Sheehan, William and Jackie.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sheri Conklin (Wayne) of Clifton Springs, Ann Bounds of Phelps and Jennifer Bell (Kevin) of Clifton Springs; his grandchildren, Paul Conklin (Tina), David Conklin, Elhayna White, Sydney and Kyle Bell; and his sisters, June Fospero and Marjorie Boyd. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Private burial will be in Pioneer Cemetery in Shortsville, N.Y. It is requested that contributions be made to Heritage Baptist Church 2367 Palmyra Marion Road, Palmyra, NY 14522.
