She is survived by: her parent Frances Bushen Murdock; her husband Harold Smith Sr. of Phelps; her children, Hal Smith Jr. (Andrea DeCola) of Lyons Karen and Brigham; her grandchildren, Seth, Brock, Paige, Joshua, Zachary, Noah, Breanna, Haley, Wyatt, Zach, Meghan, Tyler, Colton and Tim; and her great grandchildren, Natalie, Jaxson, Brayden, Judah, Carter and Liam.
