She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Fieldson and Mildred Morris Fieldson; her husband Oliver "Ollie" Cook; her son Dennis Cook; and her brothers, Lyndon and Lowell Fieldson.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Coneen Cook; her grandsons, Aaron Cook and Dereck Cook; and her great grandchildren, Jessica Rodriguez (Raul), Ariel Kelley (David) and Austin Cook. She is also survived by 6 Great-Great Grandchildren, And Several Nieces and Nephews.
