He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Terra and Louis Terra. He is survived by: his siblings, Anthony Terra (Linda) and Helen Terra Webster (Guy); and his nieces and nephews, Chris, Alex, Elizabeth, Theresa, Louie and Anthony.

It is requested that donations be made in memory of Butch to The Vascular Birthmarks Foundation PO Box 106 Latham NY 12110.
