Joan Graham Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 3, 2021, at the age of 76, Joan Graham (Phelps, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Ripley and Thelma Ripley; her husband Larry Graham; her stepfather Jesse Goodman; and her son Randy Joseph.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Fisher of Phelps, NY and Derek Joseph (Rita) of Hernando, MS; and her grandchildren, Tyler Fisher, Nicholas Fisher, Gage Hitt, Morgan Hitt, Ronni Allen and Jeryd Graham.
Social Distancing must be observed and face coverings are required.
In lieu of flowers, Joan's love for her hometown and those who serve, donations could be made to the Phelps Ambulance and Fire Department or the American Legion.
