He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Clarcq and Margaret Young Clarcq. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Mullen Clarcq of Phelps; his children, Laurie Clarcq, James Clarcq (Diana), Karen Clarcq-Perez (Russell) and Javier Farfan (Denis); his grandchildren, Anthony, Ben, Christopher, Courtney, Emily, Matthew, Amy (Carl), Kathy (Aaron), Josh, Zach and April; his great grandchildren, Charlie and Landon; his sister Deborah Cole (Kevin) of Rochester, NY; and his daughter-in-law Diane Clarcq. He is also survived by Many nieces and nephews.
