He is survived by: his wife Beth Mack; his children, Allison Caves (Jeffrey), Guilford Mack III (Melissa) and Sherradyn Mack (Ryan Burdick); his grandchildren, Jonathan, Sophie Caves, Harrison, Marie Mack, Violet and Porter Burdick; his sister Dorothy Lee Mack; his niece Emily Dalton; and his nephews, Robert and David Lambert.
