She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Morse and Helen Richards Morse; her daughter Megan DeCook; her sister Ruth Randall; her nephew Ovid "Randy" Randall Jr.; and her niece Sarah Claiborne.
She is survived by: her husband Barry Powell of Phelps; her granddaughters, Taylor DeCook (Damien Haseley) of Worcester, NY and Stacey DeCook (Jeffrey Thieme) of Wolcottville; her sister Alma Claiborne of Melbourne Australia; and her sister-in-law Bonnie Lindsay of Geneva.
