He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Sabin and Lena Jones Sabin. He is survived by: his wife Alice Sabin of Phelps; his children, Stephen Sabin (Christine) of Phelps, Linda Leight (Mark) of Phelps and John Sabin (Mickey) of Waterloo; his sisters, Jean Edwards and Barbara Gillespie; his sister-in-law Delores Potter (Paul); and his sister Betty FortnerFuneral. He is also survived by five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Burial will be in Resthaven Cemetery in the spring.It is requested that in lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the House of John, 14 Spring Street, Clifton Springs NY 14432.Don was born on May 30, 1929 in Clifton Springs, N.Y., the son of the late Leonard and Lena Jones Sabin.
