He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Relation and Barbara Relation (Merrill); his brothers, Kenneth and Dale; and his grandson Dale Blake.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth (Blake); his children, Rosalene Ashline (Mark), Shawn M. Relation (Barbara) and Tonya Burl (Steve); his grandchildren, Raymond, Alysha, Ty, Cayla, Bryce, Brytyn and Marissa; his brothers, Albert (Dianne), Patrick (Marietta) and Richard; and his close friend Toby.
