He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred E. Marshall and Beulah Marshall (Sampica); his sister Betty-Mae; and his sister-in-law Mary Marshall. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Marshall (Savell); his children, Deborah Ferrell (Lee), Bunny Moretti, Sheila Dame (Gary Worden), Fred E. Marshall, III (Vicki Lyman), Scott Marshall (Deborah Morris) and Kelli Marshall; his grandchildren, Samantha Ferrell-Schweppenstedde (Daniel), Shauna Wuthrich (Beau), Elizabeth Yoder (Zach), Mark Paul Dame, Jr. (Michelle), Brandon Marshall (Samantha Keebler) and Danielle Hough (Glenn); his great grandchildren, Henri Marshall Dame, Desmond Hough and Raeleen Hough; and his siblings, William Marshall and Sheila DeSena (Frank).
