He was predeceased by: his wife Geraldine; his son Timothy Groth; his daughter-in-law Harriette Groth; and his brother Merritt Groth. He is survived by: his children, Karl, Daniel (Kathleen), Marty (Liz), Kevin (Amy) and Patricia Bucholtz (Gary); and his daughter-in-law Tory Groth. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
