He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard and Edna. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Chris (Heather), Paul (Stephanie), Susan Hale (Brett) and Dan (Sarah); and his grandchildren, Meghan, Matt, Nick, Annika, Sophia, Morgan, Tess, Cole, Annie, Samantha and Rhys.
