He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wynne and Helen Wynne (Konkel); his wife Aileen Wynne (McNaboe); and his siblings, John, Bobby, Patricia Foiles, Kristine Wynne and Mary Elizabeth Wynne.

He is survived by: his children, Bill (Linda), Lee Smith and Brian (Noreen); his grandchildren, Brittany, Kiera, Conner Wynne, Brendon, Lexi, Devon Smith, Shannon, Matthew and Allison Wynne; his siblings, Jim (Debbie), Marty (Kitty), Owen (Joanne), Kathy Cilione and Margaret Ann Dahlquist (Roy); his stepmother Katherine Albera (Wynne); and his siblings-in-law, John McNaboe (Denise) and Edna Pelliccia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Special Olympics in Bill's name.
