Hayduk, Jr. (Carol) and Joseph Cole Hayduk (Amy); his grandchildren, Alexander, Oliver, Vaughn, Jordan, Jamison, Abe and True; his great grandchild Michelle; his siblings, Robert Hayduk and Albie Hayduk; his sister-in-law Didi Hayduk; and his friends, Leukemia and Lymphomas Society (Multiple Myeloma).
