He was predeceased by: his brother Fred G. Attebury. He is survived by: his wife Martha Gruba of Pearl River; his daughters, Ellen and Diane; and his siblings, Ellen Jane McDowell and Col. John C. Attebury. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
