He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Leonard Butler and Evelyn Bean Butler; and his wife Mollie Jean Butler. He is survived by: his sisters, Karen Butler Forsythe (Roy) and Sandra Butler Miller Bartlett (Rick); and his daughters, Christina Muckey (Aaron) and Angel Kranz (Grant). He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
