He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Howard; his wife Janice Howard; and his siblings, Diana Rowe (Rex), Linda Comstock (Ronald) and Ralph Howard, Jr. (Jerry).
He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Guarasce (Michael) of Lacona, NY and Amy McCormack (Richard) of Mexico, NY; his siblings, Sam Howard of Parish, NY and Susan Howard of Daytona, Florida.; his grandchildren, McKenna, Anthony Guarasce of Lacona, NY, Ashton and Caden McCormack of Mexico, NY.; and his great grandchild Madelyn Grove of Carthage, NY..
