It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ernest McDonald of Parish, New York, who passed away on October 20, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald J. McDonald and Irene V. Tanner McDonald; his wife Roselyn; his son Matthew; and his sister Sandra Simmons.
He is survived by: his children, Gerald of California, Richard of Parish, Lisa Cates of Tennessee, Vivian McDonald of Syracuse, Benjamin McDonald of Parish and Sherry Kling of Tennessee; and his siblings, Carol Usher of Central Square, Norma McDonald of Syracuse, Sharon Ginn of West Monroe, Larry McDonald of West Monroe, Diane Grazier of Amboy Center and Debbie Waller of Parish. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
