It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl H. Spinner of Parish, New York, born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on May 28, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Howard Spinner. He is survived by: his wife Dianna Russell Spinner; his children, Carl Spinner II (Debbie), Dawn Premo, Wendy Knapp (Chuck) and Nikki Knopp (Doug); his stepdaughter Angela Maynes; and his sisters, Cheryl Decre (Frank), Darlene Spinner, Diane Spinner and Donna Byrd. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
