He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lewis and Carrie Jacobson Lewis; his wife Marge; his sister Joyce Myers of Parish; and his grandson Bruce Leroy Lewis of Parish.
He is survived by: his children, John Lewis (Linda) of Pulaski, NY, Mark Lewis of Pulaski, NY and Katherine Lewis of Pulaski, NY; his granddaughters, Brittny, Kayra, Sckyllar, Gabrielle and Cadence; and his sister Mary Childs of Central Square, NY.. He is also survived by six great granddaughters; one great grandson; along with several nieces and nephews.
