He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Horning Scott; his stepchildren, Jillian Skellington, Whitney Skellington of Williamstown, NY and Tyler Skellington of Parish, NY; his sister Debra Smith (Robert J.) of Ogdensburg, NY; and his nephew Mark St (Jenny).
