He was predeceased by: his father Ruben C. Black; and his brother-in-law Donald Perks. He is survived by: his sons, Nicholas R. (Jennifer), Sean M. (Lisa) and Derek J. Black; his mother Shirley L. Black; his siblings, David A., Robert P. Black (Renai) and Cheryl A. Perks; and his grandsons, Tyler and Kain.
