She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Sozanski and Anna Sozanski (Komarnisky); and her siblings, Catherine Calveric, Mary Reese, Rev. Myron Sozanski, Julia Stromick, Nestor Sozanski, Walter Sozanski and Vera Anthony.
She is survived by: her husband James R. Raftis Sr.; her son Dr. James Jr. (Sheryl); her daughter-in-law Sheryl Raftis; her daughter Theresa Raftis (Scott Brechbuehl); her grandchildren, Joshua Raftis, Stephanie Raftis (Lucas Gibson), Collin Young, Daniel Raftis, Natalie Young and Rachel Raftis; her sister Pauline McSparron (Pink); her sisters-in-law, Dorolyn Raftis Perry and Carol Raftis; and her children, Sayre and Athens. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, and extended family.
