It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Wagstaff of Owego, New York, who passed away on February 8, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ruth Wagstaff to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Foster George Posson and Esther Lena Posson; her brother Richard Elwin Posson (Dick); and her grandson Matthew Tyler Frampton. She is survived by: her husband Arnie; her children, Dale Arnold Wagstaff (Debbie), Sharon Esther Frampton (Duane) and Wendell Eugene Wagstaff (Julia); her siblings, Wayne Foster Posson and Ella Crandall; her cousins, Wanda Knapp, Rowan Fay and Marge Warner; her sister-in-law Yvonne Posson; and her son Aaron Backo. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren, along with several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made in Ruth's.
