He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Brenda Dougherty (Drury); his mother Isabell Kotula; his children, Mary Wolski (Al) of Ocean Pines, Patrick Dougherty (Cindy) of Carlisle, PA, Colleen Anderson (Roger) of Smithfield, RI, Daniel Dougherty (Laura) of Sayre, PA, John Dougherty (Cathy), Brian Dougherty (Sally) of Charleston, SC, Rhonda Christie (Dan) of Addison, TX, Lisa Barber (Brian) of Spencer, NY, Terrance Dougherty (Mary) of Shavertown, PA and Kevin Dougherty (Michelle) of Waverly, NY.; his siblings, Gail Barton (Doug) of Owego, NY, James Kotula (Winanne) of Attica, NY and Steven Kotula (Heather) of Richford, NY.; his son Ronald E Dougherty, Jr.; his great grandchild Odin Dougherty; and his friends, Dave and Doug Fesseden. He was also cherished by 29 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
