He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Miller; his parents, Elizabeth File (Foster) and Earl Miller; his brother Howard; and his sister-in-law Lee Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Laurie Miller of Endicott, Timothy Miller (Ruth) of Horseheads and Kevin Miller (Teri) of Owego; his grandchildren, Katherine Miller, Jocelyn Ostrander (Logan), Alyssa Miller, Victoria Miller, Benjamin Miller and Matthew Miller; and his great grandchildren, Talon Miller and Saban Bahantka.
