It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip Andrew Serafino of Owego, New York, who passed away on May 18, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ann Serafino; and his siblings, Luana Serafino and Andrew Serafino. He is survived by: his daughters, Stefanie (James Wieckhorst) and Mary Ann (Tegid Edwards); his grandchildren, Sarah, Matthew (Chloe), Christopher, Samantha and Amanda; his sister Stephanie; and his brother-in-law Lloyd Mineer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
