He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Spencer and Edna Spencer; his brother David Spencer; and his nephew Scott Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Andrew Kipp, Christopher Kipp (Dixie Parker), Aaron Kipp and Kaitlyn Kipp; his siblings, Dion Spencer (Meg), Dennis Spencer, Gary Spencer and Donna Olson (Larry); and his grandsons, Oliver James Nixon and Christian Michael Kipp.
