She is survived by: her sons, Michael Salter of San Antonio, TX and Kevin Salter of Owego; her grandchildren, Mariah and Mason Salter; her mother Marion Ulrich; her siblings, Steven Ulrich, Rodney (Pam Ulrich), Brenda (Doug DuPuis) and Julie (Frank Crawford); her aunt Viola Padgett; and her nephew Adam Sullivan. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
