He is survived by: his wife Debbie Kucinsky; his children, Joe Kucinsky (Patti), Christine Penrose, Kelle Motsko (Matt), Jason Gowan (Cyndi) and Jamie Gowan (Keri); his grandchildren, Elissa, Kailey Kucinsky, Megan Kusovski (Jim), Sierra Penrose, Gabrielle, Tanner Motsko, Aidan, Augie Gowan and Ellie Zolman-Gowan; and his great grandchildren, Aiden, Alexander, Elena Kusovski, Owen and Riley Penrose.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the National Kidney Foundation or the Owego Moose Lodge 1595 in Frank's honor would be appreciated.
