She was predeceased by: her husband Wesley Earl Wells; her son Daniel Wesley Wells; her brothers, Thomas (Lillian Church) and Kenneth (Linda Rosencrans); her grandchildren, Melissa Ellen Wells and Phillip Lee Kinard, Jr. (Ellen); and her parents, Edward Church and Florence Church (Sawtell).
She is survived by: her son James Edward; her daughter-in-law Susan Wells; her daughter Darlene Ellen; her children-in-law, Edward Forbes and Mary Fowler (Lanier); her grandchildren, Eileen, Marvin Drum, Lorie, Edward Alkema, Wendy Kinard, Loretta, Jeff Serago, Ellen Turner, Jason, Marcie Wells, Kimberly, Craig Merritt, Jesse, Denise Wells, Sara Forbes, Thomas Ymer, Carly Forbes and Patrick Harding; her brothers, Edward (Ann Church) and Harry Church (Marilyn Mattes); and her pet Bo. She is also survived by her 21 great grandchildren; and 13 great great grandchildren.
