He is survived by: his wife Lynn Ingraham; his children, David Jr., Amber Ingraham, Shannon Prahm, Brandon, Katie Ingraham, Rachel, Caswell Reeves, Rebekah and Joe Monte; his grandchildren, Matthew, Joseph, Parker, Isaac, Peter, Lyandra, Savannah and Evelyn; and his siblings, Glenn Ingraham and Donna Ingraham. He is also survived by extended family; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
