He was predeceased by: his parents, John E Meehan and Helen Meehan (Diviney); and his brother Michael T Meehan. He is survived by: his daughters, Erin Hall (Richard) and Chelsea Meehan (Patrick Maniccia) of Oswego; his siblings, John P Meehan of Sterling, NY and Maureen Shallish (Neil) of Trumansburg, NY; and his grandson Cashel John Hall.
