He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Chesare and Eva Chesare (Rice); and his daughter Tracy Burns Mowry. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Chesare (Main) of Oswego; and his daughters, Colleen Palumbo of California, Theresa Galletta (Gary) of Weedsport and Angela Makitka (Daniel) of Virginia. He is also survived by many grandchildren that loved him dearly, and several great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations and memorial contributions can be made to Camp Hollis; or to Oswego youth sports programs.
