She is survived by: her children, Peter Stamboulis (Sandy), Thomas Stamboulis (Carol) and Connie Stamboulis; and her grandchildren, Stephanie Baiocco (Paul), Sara Dombrowski (Bob), Melissa Lasly (Brian), Stacey Stamboulis (late Marcus Jones) and Nicholas Stamboulis.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Madeline's honor to Hospice Care of Buffalo.
